We chose the Estérel, thinking we would see mimosa trees in bloom. We parked our cars between Le Trayas and Agay and we walked to the Pic du Cap Roux (Elev. 454 m.). Vlad, Adrien and I were in the excellent company of Bert, Cédric and Agathe, Daniel et Ralph. We saw just one bunch of mimosa trees, one of them partially in bloom. However, the walk was lovely and the view exquisite. Our second stop was the pond of Villepey, a natural reserve for fauna and some flora, where we got to watch a lot of gulls, swans, some ducks and a couple of coypus.
