Early birthday party for Ian, 30 October 2014

We held a party with chocolate cake and Halloween masks, a few weeks ahead of Ian's birthday, since a lot of the W3C team was gathered in Santa Clara for TPAC 2014.   A few days prior, Susan wrote to w3t-less-ian@w3.org and invited folks to celebrate with cake after work on Thursday, and stop by the registration desk anytime to sign a TPAC t-shirt for Ian.
